We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Operating Officer, HR Director, and Chief Financial Officer of GGB Retail (UK & Ireland) . This is a 12 month FTC position based in our London office 4 days per week.
As a Personal Assistant at Gallagher, you’ll act as a seamless extension of the executives you support, working closely with other Executive Assistants across the UK and globally. While the role involves traditional PA responsibilities, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc projects, showcasing your skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires a proactive, organised, and determined individual who can thrive under pressure.
How you'll make an impact- Provide effective and responsive administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage busy diaries, scheduling internal and external appointments across global time zones.
- Coordinate business trips, including travel, accommodation, and meeting itineraries.
- Liaise with internal and external colleagues and clients worldwide.
- Reconcile expense claims and credit card statements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
- Experience : Proven ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise effectively.
- Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Communication : Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Organisation : Ability to work unsupervised, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
- Personality : Flexible, approachable, and sociable with a high level of confidentiality.
- Attention to Detail : A meticulous approach, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
