Talent Acquisition Partner - Technical - 6 Month FTC
About RedCloud
The global supply chain is broken—creating a $2 trillion inventory gap where essential consumer goods fail to reach the people who need them. Brands miss sales, distributors mismanage stock, and retailers face empty shelves. The result? Higher prices, slower growth, and lost opportunity across the board.
RedCloud is fixing this. Our RedAI digital trading platform, bulk and retail trading exchanges connect key parts of the supply chain—enabling bulk inventory exchange, streamlined digital payments, and generating vast quantities of aggregated market data. By applying AI and machine learning techniques, we deliver predictive market insight and trading recommendations straight back to the trading environment—facilitating smarter everyday business decisions for our customers, from factory to warehouse to store.
Headquartered in London, RedCloud became a publicly listed company on Nasdaq (RCT) in March 2025. With a diverse team spanning many nationalities and operations across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America. We’re building a more connected and efficient global trade network. Our AI labs are busy exploring the next generation of smart AI agents and deeper FMCG market intelligence for the benefit of our customers across a growing operational footprint.
The role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or a permanent role based on performance and business needs. - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our growth objectives.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding: Promote RedCloud’s employer brand through participation in industry events, networking opportunities, and creative outreach initiatives.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve our processes and make informed hiring decisions.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that our recruitment practices support our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience with RedCloud.
Requirements:
Experience:
Over 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment.
Skills:
- Strong ability to source and engage with top technical talent across various channels.
- Deep understanding of technical roles and the specific skills required (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data scientists).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as LinkedIn Recruiter, TeamTailor, Hackajob and other recruitment tools.
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive: You’re always looking for ways to improve processes and find the best talent.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can easily adjust your approach as needed.
- Collaborative: You work effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Detail-Oriented: You ensure all aspects of the recruitment process are managed meticulously.
- Mission-Driven: You’re passionate about RedCloud’s mission and excited to help us build the team that will achieve it.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Your unique experiences and perspectives might be just what we’re looking for.
