Residential Security Officer (Nights) - London, E3
Join Our Team as a Security Officer in London!
This landmark development will comprise approximately 1,500 residential units, complemented by commercial spaces and a range of high-quality amenities.
Role Details:
Location: London, E3
Annual Salary: £30,000
Hours/Working Pattern: 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off
What You'll Be Doing:
Carrying out regular patrols of the estate, including car parks, walkways, gardens, and internal corridors
Monitoring and reporting any health and safety or security concerns
Managing access control and visitor sign-ins, including contractors and service personnel
Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records in the security log
Supporting the concierge team with day-to-day operations
Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly and securely stored
Upholding company policies and procedures at all times
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment
Confident handling of sensitive or confidential information
Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures

Essential:
A valid and in-date SIA License (must be maintained throughout employment)
