M&E Supervisor

Our client is seeking an M&E Supervisor to join their expanding Energy Services team, which currently manages 25 Heat Networks and Energy Centres across London. The role involves a blend of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, system optimisation, and remedial works.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for leading a team of three engineers and reporting directly to the Service Manager. The position offers opportunities for growth, with training and development provided to support your progression within the company.

The M&E Supervisor Foot-mobile role covering Canary Wharf and a nearby Southbank site (near Waterloo). When travelling from Canary Wharf, you'll have the option to use a company pool van or public transport.

M&E Supervisor (Foot Mobile) Job Overview

The M&E supervisor role includes but is not limited to the following:

• Manage the service delivery and work with junior and apprentice engineers to upskill on the on the service delivery
• Diagnosis and repair of systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge as well as an understanding of time and material requirements
• Produce quotations for additional works and repairs as required
• Manage subcontractors and the company's other technical resources
• Work to ensure routine services, maintenance and repairs are carried out in-line with SLA's
• Ensure that PPM's are carried out in line with the PPM planners
• Hold regular site walk-arounds with Client Site Supervisors
• Be able you use and understand a CAFM system
• Assist with technical issues on site, providing technical support
• Produce quality reports and quotations in line with time frames set out in our service agreements with clients
• Site asset management and verification for new and existing sites
• The role is foot mobile covering 2 sites. Use of the company pool van will be provided when needed

M&E Supervisor Job (Foot Mobile) Requirements

• Time served within mechanical/electrical apprenticeship
• Time served as Senior/Supervisor
• Industry experience covering Mechanical and Electrical
• Beneficial to hold District heating knowledge
• Hold relevant industry qualifications City & Guilds/NVQ

M&E Supervisor (Foot Mobile) Salary & Benefits

• £55k per annum, based upon experience
• 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• 23 days plus bank rising with service
• 1-5 Call out
