Business Studies Teacher – Harrow (North West London)

Start Date: After Easter 2026

Contract: Long-Term or Permanent

Salary: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)

Career Teachers are currently recruiting for a Business Studies Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Harrow, starting after the Easter break.

This opportunity is available on either a long-term supply basis or as a permanent role, offering flexibility depending on the successful candidate’s preference.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and engaging teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality Business Studies lessons and inspiring students to develop an understanding of the business world.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that support student progress

• Encourage students to develop analytical thinking and real-world business understanding

• Contribute positively to the wider department and school community

• Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level

• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills

• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
