Influencer Manager
Influencer Manager – Comma Football
Competitive Salary + Benefits
Full-Time | Remote
We’ve partnered with Comma Football, a fast-growing premium football apparel brand, who are now looking to hire an Influencer Manager to own and scale their global creator partnerships.
This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the influencer programme for a brand with a deeply engaged community, heading into a huge growth phase in the lead-up to the 2026 World Cup.
About Comma Football
At Comma Football, we’re not just making jerseys – we’re capturing the greatest moments in football and turning them into timeless, wearable pieces of history.
Obsessed with detail, storytelling, and craft, Comma Football has built a loyal global community who value authenticity and design as much as performance. That same obsession now defines how the brand approaches growth marketing.
Creative and community sit at the heart of how the brand grows. Influencers, creators, and football storytellers play a central role in bringing Comma’s products and moments to life across social platforms.
Role Overview
Comma Football are looking for an Influencer Manager to build and scale a high-impact creator ecosystem across the football and culture landscape.
This role requires someone who lives and breathes football — someone who understands the football creator ecosystem, follows the game closely, and instinctively knows which creators, players, and storytellers resonate with the culture.
You’ll own influencer partnerships end-to-end — from identifying the right creators and developing campaign concepts, through to briefing, contracting, negotiation, and performance analysis.
Working closely with the Creative Strategist, content team, creators and the founder, you’ll develop partnerships that feel authentic to football culture while driving real brand reach and commercial impact.
This role suits someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast moving environment — comfortable operating with lean budgets, moving quickly, and finding creative ways to generate impact rather than relying on large influencer spend.
Main Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute Comma Football’s influencer strategy across paid partnerships, gifting programmes and long-term creator collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectives.
Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Identify and build relationships with macro, micro and nano influencers across football, fashion, culture and creator communities globally.
Campaign Management: Own influencer campaigns end-to-end — from outreach and negotiation through to briefing, delivery and reporting.
Creative Briefing: Create clear and inspiring creator briefs that communicate campaign goals, storytelling angles and brand guidelines while giving creators the freedom to produce authentic content.
Partnerships & Negotiation: Lead contracting, negotiations and commercial agreements with creators and agencies, ensuring partnerships deliver value and long-term brand alignment.
Gifting & Seeding: Manage product gifting and seeding programmes, ensuring Comma Football’s jerseys and collections are placed in the hands of culturally relevant creators and football personalities.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Strategist and content team to ensure influencer content can feed into paid media, organic social and wider brand storytelling.
Performance Tracking: Track the impact of creator partnerships, analysing engagement, reach and conversion metrics to identify winning partnerships and scale successful collaborations.
Trend & Culture Research: Stay ahead of football culture, social trends and creator movements, identifying emerging creators and partnership opportunities.
Brand & Culture Guardian: Ensure all influencer collaborations align with Comma Football’s premium brand identity, storytelling approach and deep connection to football culture.
Lean Creator Partnerships: Operate creatively within lean budgets, identifying undervalued creators and partnership opportunities that deliver strong performance and cultural relevance without excessive spend.
