We are seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to own digital content and merchandising across TikTok Shop UK, supporting day-to-day content updates while driving revenue growth through strategic campaign management, LIVE commerce, and optimisation of TikTok Shop operations

This role requires a data-driven mindset, using insights from TikTok Shop platform tools to guide decision-making. You will collaborate closely with local and global teams, LIVE agency partners, and affiliates to ensure our TikTok Shop presence is optimised, compliant, and delivering outstanding consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a digital content and merchandising strategy, using a data-led approach aligned with business and trading priorities.

• Create, audit, and merchandise content to support product launches and trading campaigns

• Own day-to-day shop operations, including voucher/campaign set-up, promotions and pricing (couponing, discounting, bundles, seasonal activations), and platform policy updates — protecting ASP and margin throughout.

• Own GMV forecasting for TikTok Shop, tracking actuals against forecast and flagging risks and opportunities.

• Manage and develop a direct report, setting clear objectives and supporting their growth.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase engagement, improve conversion, and optimise the consumer journey.

• Partner cross-functionally with DTC, Social, Category Marketing, Operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor KPIs (GMV, GMV/hour, ROAS, CAC, retention), reporting performance and actionable insights to leadership to improve engagement and conversion.

• Track TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep SharkNinja ahead.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, proofreading, and attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Comfortable working with performance dashboards and marketplace metrics

• Experience building sales/GMV forecasts and reporting against them.

Desirable

• Previous people management experience

• TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience
