About the Programme

This is a structured, school-based route into teaching that combines paid classroom experience with specialist training, leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE, depending on your chosen pathway.

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduates (or final-year students graduating in 2025 or 2026) with a 2:1 or above in any discipline – STEM, humanities, and languages particularly encouraged
• Strong academic background (A-Levels in relevant subjects are a plus)
• A genuine passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to young people’s development
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to grow as a professional
