The Role

We are seeking reliable and caring Nursery Bank Staff to join our agency team. You will work in high-quality nurseries across South West London, supporting children aged 6 months to 5 years. This is a flexible role, giving you the freedom to choose shifts while gaining valuable experience in different settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the daily care and education of children in line with the EYFS
* Assist with engaging indoor and outdoor activities to encourage learning and development
* Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure children's welfare
* Help with mealtimes, naps and personal care routines
* Collaborate with permanent staff to maintain smooth nursery operations
* Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for children and families

The Person

* Previous nursery or childcare experience (preferred but not essential)
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent (preferred)
* Genuine passion for supporting young children
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible, proactive, positive attitude
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
