PERFORMANCE COACH

Plans shift. Energy dips. Calendars fill up. The people you coach are navigating all of it, and they need someone who meets them where they are. As a ROVA Performance Coach, you'll be a key face of our onsite fitness spaces for one of the world's most recognised organisations, delivering 1-1, small group and class sessions in person and digitally. You'll design programmes that move people forward safely, keep our spaces running to a 7-star standard, and help shape the wellbeing initiatives that turn health from another task into real momentum. Salary: £30,784

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

WHAT YOU BRING

→ Level 3 Personal Training qualification (CIMSPA recognised)

→ Expertise delivering group classes, small group training and 1-1 personal training in a high-performing corporate environment

→ A proven track record of working independently to identify training needs and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing interventions

→ Proven experience building effective working relationships and influencing internal stakeholders

→ First-class communication skills, verbal and written, across all levels and multiple stakeholders

→ Strong planning, project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to be both proactive and reactive to evolving client needs

→ A self-starter and strong collaborator who can engage, influence and coach others to build buy-in for the wellbeing strategy

→ Excellent IT literacy, including Chrome OS and Microsoft Office Suite

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

01 Coaching and Programming

→ Deliver high-calibre 1-1, small group and group sessions for all ability levels, onsite and virtually

→ Design exercise programmes built on quality movement, careful instruction and safe results

→ Run orientations, consultations and gym inductions to connect with users beyond traditional coaching

→ Remove barriers and reduce friction so more people engage with our programmes

02 Space Operations and Standards

→ Support local senior management with the day-to-day running of onsite fitness spaces

→ Carry out regular health and safety checks on spaces, equipment and inventory

→ Maintain exceptional cleanliness in line with 7-star hospitality standards

→ Report on utilisation metrics including attendance, engagement, outreach and activity levels

03 Community and Wellbeing

→ Promote and take part in onsite and digital community events designed for maximum participation

→ Track engagement across events, outreach and wellbeing activations

→ Help create, deliver and continuously improve our wellbeing initiatives

→ Partner with local senior leadership and wider teams to deliver the internal wellbeing strategy
