Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently

A well-established main contractor is currently seeking an Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor to work across a range of high-profile projects, including commercial offices, hotels, data centres, and life sciences developments in Central and Outer London.

The client is open to candidates capable of leading a project as well as those comfortable working in a support or "number two" role. Strong procurement skills and full project lifecycle experience are preferred, as several of these projects are already underway.

Role: Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central & Outer London
Rate/Salary: 350 - 450 p/d or 50k - 75k (plus package)
Projects: Commercial, Hotel, Data Centre, Life Sciences
Duration: Ongoing / Temp-to-perm / Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

• Procurement

• Package management

• Handling variations

• Conducting valuations

• Managing payments

• Attending site meetings

Requirements:
Experience in two-stage/PSCA, full project lifecycle, and NEC & JCT D&B contracts is preferred but not essential.
