Technology Sales Advisor - Knightsbridge
Luxury Technology Sales Advisor Knightsbridge, London Full Time - On Site We're looking for a passionate candidate interested in technology, customer service and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The location is based in a luxury store at Knightsbridge and we're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the team. The Role You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting sales and providing customers with expert guidance on mobile phone repairs, accessories and related services. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on products, accessories and services.
- Support sales and achieve individual and team targets.
- Assist with customer enquiries, repairs and after-sales support.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workspace.
- Deliver a premium service in line with Phone Surgery and Harrods standards.
- Experience in sales, retail or customer service.
- A genuine interest in mobile technology and accessories.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, positive and professional attitude.
- Confidence working in a customer-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
- Salary up to £30,000
- Commission and yearly Bonus
