- Present findings at internal briefings, media engagements and industry events.
- Help shape Connells Group’s media strategy by working closely with PR professionals and external agencies.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and support the Graduate Research Analyst, fostering analytical and communication skills.
- Champion a collaborative, data-driven culture within the research team and across the wider business.
What We’re Looking For:
- A curious, commercially minded approach with a passion for turning data into compelling insight.
- 4+ years’ experience in housing market analysis, economics, or public policy - ideally with PR-facing or media experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex trends for diverse audiences.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Fabric, are preferable.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
