HR Business Partner (Change and transformation)
- Lead HR transformation projects from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with organisational goals.
- Facilitate communication and training to support staff through changes.
- Evaluate the impact of changes and suggest improvements where needed.
- Provide expert advice on best practices in HR change management.
