Restaurant Operations Manager

What you'll do:
- Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- Manage cash handling, deploy crew members, and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and facility maintenance, and enforce our policies and standards
- Lead by example, coach your team, and utilise our reward and recognition program
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- GCSEs or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and travel for work-related functions
