We are looking for a Service Design Lead to join our global Microsoft service line team. Reporting to the Global Service Line Leader, this role will play a key part in designing, building, and launching new services and solutions that support our strategic growth ambitions.

You will work across regions and functions, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to transform ideas into scalable, market-ready offerings. Your focus will be on creating predictable, structured, and effective service development processes that ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for customers worldwide.

What You'll do:

• Lead the design, development, and release of new Microsoft-focused services and solutions across the global organization.

• Establish governance, processes, and operational frameworks that support scalable service innovation.

• Partner with Product Management to convert strategic priorities into market-ready offerings.

• Coordinate and influence regional and global stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure services meet customer and market needs.

• Drive consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across the Microsoft Centre of Excellence service portfolio.
