Ugg Senior Brand Media Manager - UGG
- Inspire and lead day-to-day Brand Media operations, translating brand vision, seasonal priorities, and objectives into high-impact, full-funnel media strategies
- Lead and own annual and seasonal Brand Media planning, translating global ambition and local market needs into clear channel strategies and investment frameworks
- Develop strategic media outlines, RTBs, and executive-ready summaries, articulating the “why” behind media decisions with clarity and commercial understanding
- Own the Brand Media roadmap, with clear KPIs across reach, attention, brand lift, and engagement, ensuring activity ladders up to broader commercial goals
- Partner with senior stakeholders and agencies to challenge, steer, and optimize brand media investment, balancing short-term cultural impact with long-term brand equity
- Work in tandem with Brand GTM teams to ensure seasonal campaigns are strategically anchored, globally aligned, and locally activated with excellence
- Lead campaign optimization, mid-campaign analysis, and post-campaign evaluations, owning senior-level reporting and driving accountability and learning
- Champion a test, learn, scale approach across Brand Media, codifying learnings into a holistic structured learning agenda
- Power smarter planning by embedding 1st-party data, audience insights, and brand measurement into media and creative decision-making
- Oversee brand media budget forecasting, pacing, and phasing, ensuring investment aligns with seasonal priorities and business performance
- Lead, mentor, and upskill the Brand Media Specialist and Coordinator, setting high standards for strategy, craft, and execution
- Build and lead strategic media partnerships across platforms and media owners to unlock innovation opportunities and added-value negotiations
- Shape and own a Brand Media innovation roadmap, staying ahead of brand, cultural, and platform evolutions
- Champion AI, technology, and emerging capabilities to strengthen brand media planning and creative effectiveness
- Own Brand Media budget accountability end-to-end, including planning, forecasting, and in-year stewardship, ensuring investments are strategically aligned and accurately tracked
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and solutions-focused
- Change-oriented, improvement-driven, agile, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable challenging the status quo constructively
- Extensive experience in senior brand or integrated media roles, spanning OOH, AV, Display, and Paid Social
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams and agencies at a senior level
- Strong understanding of full-funnel media ecosystems, with confidence operating alongside performance channels
- Experience working within Global x Local structures, navigating complexity with clarity and influence
- Commercially astute with confidence in budget ownership, forecasting, and effectiveness measurement
- Proven success in managing large-scale media budgets with agility
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Creative, Media, and Brand leadership
- Experience with EMEA regional media strategies, particularly in key markets: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands & Spain
