In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Oswald’s restaurant. Working Hours: 4 day working week between Monday-Saturday. 7 shifts a week. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed. What you will do: Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence.
